Dr. Elfar also participates in the following managed care (HMO) plans:

Please understand that with HMO plans the member will have to request Genuine Smiles PA to be who they are assigned to in order to have Dr. Elfar be their primary care dentist. This requires a simple phone call to your insurance company requesting that.
Furthermore, to aid our neighboring communities and the patients that have social plans, Dr. Elfar accepts United Healthcare Community Plan Medicaid.
And to top it off, Dr. Elfar offers an in-house discount plan to our patients and their families who do not have dental insurance. Please call the office for more information.
